Savings 101
1. Pay yourself first. Treat savings like a bill, listing it as a fixed expense in your budget. If you've already allocated the money to savings, you'll be less likely to spend it.
2. Make it automatic. Set up an automatic withdrawal from your checking account to a savings account each month—that way, you don't even see it.
3. Save Windfalls such as tax refunds, tip money, or bonuses, etc.
4. Set clear savings goals - you are more likely to save when you have a specific goal in mind. Save for things you know are coming, such as holiday shopping or short-term goals.
5. Create an emergency fund. What will you do if your car breaks down, you lose your job, or an unexpected medical bill comes up, and you don’t have any savings to fall back on?
Start with a goal of Sh 50,000 (then build it up to cover 3 to 6 months of expenses).
Keep it separate from other savings.
Keep it accessible.
Use it only for emergencies, and replenish it after you get back on your feet.

Novak Djokovic just said cutting three foods made him the most dominant player in the world.
Djokovic is the 24-time Grand Slam champion who won his first major in 2008 and then couldn't win another one for three years.
He changed rackets, changed team members, tried everything.
Nothing worked.
Then he met a doctor who tested him and found a strong gluten intolerance. The same doctor told him dairy was inflaming his body and refined sugar was making it worse.
He cut all three.
"That year in 2010, 2011 is when I experienced a huge boost of energy and transformation."
What followed was a 40-plus match unbeaten streak, three Grand Slam titles in a single year, and the number one ranking in the world.
Some professional athletes still eat all three of those foods every day.
Djokovic walked away from them and built the most dominant career in tennis history.

The rule of thumb is this,
Don't have sexual affairs with colleagues and employees.
This is a slippery road that leads to your destruction and demise.
Don't go that route.
