My partner had her @WellsFargo checking and savings accounts cleaned out by scammers, including a credit card cash advance to increase the balance first. Gave NO personal or security info to anyone. Bank has told us that it is her fault and they will not refund anything (1/x)

@MCWVascSurg Workup to determine if mycotic vs inflammatory. If not open candidate consider palliative evar w abx. Most can reasonably tolerate infrarenal clamp and orange Dacron though.
@RaviHasanadka @mattsmeds@Dr_Tonnessen Recently had rheum request TAB for patient with possible aortitis. They told me TAB can be positive in GCA w aortitis as the presenting arteriopathy. Patient asymptomatic. I've never heard of this.
