These are male and female Cooper's Hawks. I took these pictures by lining up my phone's camera lens to the eyepiece of a pair of binoculars. There was also a squirrel nearby, but he got outta there pretty quickly!

@IBD_ECarson@JonahDispatch I used to be a teacher. Some administrators out there would consider closing the restrooms before banning cell phones in the classroom.
The day Scott Walker announced his 71-day run for president, David Axelrod mocked labor and progressives from across the country who successfully recalled Walker with 1 million+ votes but lost the election. He is a classless prick. Dems lost 948 elected seats 2009-2017.
@EDUwithEmily The United States is too large and diverse for this to be equitable for all students. School schedules should be culturally responsive to their communities. Some districts in Wisconsin have days off for hunting. Communities in South L.A. likewise have unique traditions.
@GeoffCrittenden I will always insist on using two spaces between sentences. I earned my Keyboarder Operator's License, which was green and laminated, from Harrison Elementary School in third grade and that rule was drilled into us.
Just sat through a faculty meeting in which we were told that student attendance is our responsibility. If students don’t come to school, it’s because we don’t have engaging lessons and don’t have a classroom community or support school culture.
It took place on Christmas Eve at an office Christmas party in Nakatomi Plaza is what it did! The soundtrack featured numerous great Christmas songs! And in this house, Die Hard is a Christmas movie, end of story!
@Edwinivich Did you try remembering your "why", being intentional, or forming a relationship with the student? Maybe making your lessons more rigorous would reduce behavior disruptions. All behavior disruptions are caused by lack of rigor in lesson plans, after all.
