@winedropsclub is by far the biggest scam I have ever come across. Terms hidden in small print. Spin to win that charges you immediately (so you don’t win anything) and once in the club you save £3-5 off retail, which you could usually save in deals.
@CVSGroupPlc I see you are upgrading your Veterinary systems again. Shocked to see yet again (you did it last time you changed systems) the critical flags on my dog’s record have been lost. Last time you prescribe a drug that could have killed him. Glad I checked. Do better.
@NHSBSA_OHS why are you asking us to email sensitive identification documents to you, ignoring our repeat requests for a secure upload portal or option to password protect as a minimum. Your call centre has seemingly poor security practices that do not protect personal data.

@NHSBSA_OHS Not acceptable. Who has access to that email, a whole contact centre, as multiple people have responded to our requests. Why can’t it at least be password protected? You are not showing due care of personal data. In private industry this practice is not acceptable.
Spent two weeks on an island, 5G everywhere. Come home to @O2 and can’t get 4G around London.

Nope still broken. So I don’t know if it’s my kids, the eldest’s doctor, the vet, or my ageing parents calling. Just says Caller Unknown. Awesome service from @O2
@O2 After a couple of weeks, multiple calls, disconnects and contacts, all features back on. Seems O2 disable iPhone bolt on when you upgrade, to another iPhone. Oh and new sim sent was 4G not 5G. Helpful. Why does it have to be so difficult
@O2 Really annoyed now. Only upgraded phone yet seems various features have been turned off and need to be re-enabled by O2. What an awful experience. Can’t swap sim over, as they suggested as a fix, as the option doesn’t exist on my online account. Should have moved provider!

Customer service is appalling. ”oh well” was the tone of the response.
