Alan Butts served over 19 years in prison for a crime he did not commit. His conviction was recently overturned and last night, he left the courthouse a free man. I’m grateful to have had the opportunity to help such an amazing person regain his freedom.
Sandy Brondello: "Scouting departments get bigger and better, because it's hard to watch all those games. We have a great scout for us, Mark Schindler, everyone knows him. I like watching a lot of games, but not as many as he does." (Mark shout out!!) (Q: @AnnieCostabile)
In the 1999 NBA Finals, a veteran Knicks squad tried to stop an up-and-coming Spurs dynasty. History may not repeat itself, but it sure does like to rhyme. Here’s what I’m watching for in the 2026 NBA Finals: https://t.co/4RTNKHp74O
82-0 might be fun for some of you, but for True & Ethical appreciators of defense, glue guys, vibes, grinders, and “he just does the little things” guys, this game is actually a minor form of torture

If we had to rank every NBA rotation player by how equipped they are play through a broken finger 3 days off surgery in ascending order of decline in production, I honestly might rank Mitchell Robinson #1

@voidtoaster92 Good pt. I meant to frame it more as a point of the journey they were on (Knicks perennially great in the 90’s + early 2020’, trying to get over the hump, Spurs 22-yr old superstar, start of dynasty), but only so many characters + I was too young to be locked in back in ‘99 haha
Big Z explaining how he’s gonna cut housing costs in Queens by 8% over the next 3 years and I’m just like “Bro Jordan Clarkson’s screen navigation is ass, Spurs in 6”
