@Malshi_2 @elonmusk Space x does the same, when it comes to a capsule , that’s the only available option out there. The alternative is to have a rocket filled with enough propellant orbiting the earth, then the capsule attaches itself to it before statt reentry and there you could get this.

I understand your confusion. That isn’t a rocket, it’s a capsule, designed for deep space exploration, it doesn’t have propellant/fuel necessary for that to be an option, and it could also add an other logistic layer, for example a stationary rocket engine orbiting earth that the Orion capsule could then be attached/docked to the rocket before reentry …
