A lot of conditions aren't strictly "curable" - but today, they're SURVIVABLE. Before, they'd just KILL you.

Even animals models that are likely not sentient (ex. Nematodes) are a lot more self-referential

E-HRT is EVENTUALLY sterilizing, but preserving sperm samples is trivial.
The "May cause permanent infertility" warnings on T-HRT are generic pre-study and/or only-animal-model-data ones.
