2 Major Lessons I learned as a full-time YouTube creator in the last 7 months:
1. All good things take patience
2. Instead of doing everything, only do the 20% highest impact tasks with full focus
I'm 38. If you're In your 20's or 30's, read this:
1. When you turn 35 you'll see the difference between those who took risks and those who didn't.
2. Having kids isn't the end of freedom, it's the beginning. It'll give you meaning that'll fuel your greatness.
Something a bit ironic about the country thatโs all about freedom banning an app bc itโs from China hahaha
Good riddance tho honestly havenโt used TikTok in 3 years

January has been insane so far. About to set a new high for longform views in a month (already). YT revenue is set to break a record this month too. Clients are seeing very strong performance.
But yet, it's also been challenging โ๏ธ
This month has been all about:
Building systems
Getting support
Optimizing my work
Scaling up
Expanding offers
Expanding content
Improving videos
Building good habits
Eating good food
Balancing business & life
Setting goals
Planning the year
These are my 5 favorite channels on YouTube right now:
1. Christophe (@haubursin )
2. Stewart Hicks
3. Life of Tom (@Syndicate)
4. fern (@simpliYT)
5. Colin and Samir (@ColinandSamir)
Any good ones Iโm missing?
So here's my Monday Morning Mindset Messageโข
The failure you're running away from are the challenges that create your dream results. Chase failures and you'll inevitably find your way to success.
So many people give up when things get hard, or they're not working out according to plan.
What if instead you folded that experience into something even better than you had before?
Listen, I'm not a millionaire. I still have many moments of imposter syndrome. But I've gotten so used to failure at this point that I literally look forward to it.
Once you've unlocked that power, you're unstoppable.
