@virginmedia I was transferred from virgin the fourth person explained there were 3 different depts including one which dealt with virgin o2 customers, she rang round them and said none had my details so virgin hasn't set it up?

@virginmedia I took out a package with broadband tv and sim but didn't receive the sim, the first 2 depts told me the sim has been shipped but the next 2 couldn't find my details. I'm guessing they were on the O2 system, then cut off when being transferred to the 5th dept, waste of time
