@JetBlue supposed to be traveling from PDX to BOS. Flight delayed four hours and then canceled. Can’t reschedule online w/o paying additional fare and leaving 48 hours late. Can’t talk to anyone, not even a chatbot. Twitter is the only channel being monitored? #help #JetBlue
