@EE I was told today whilst renewing my airtime plan part of my flex plan to a new 24 month deal and was told by the operative that it couldn't be added to the new deal as it's now only for additional lines taken on the account not upgrades or renewals

@EE hi guys I've just tried logging into my perks account as my NHS discount has expired to be greeted by this message. I called 150 and the chap I spoke to couldn't help with it. I've been registered on that account for some years now so don't know why it's saying this
