@deporojue@abarrallen Depends on CEO’s skill set, but typically they have to manage (even indirectly) out the gate. It’s common for the CEO to fill critical execution gaps until someone can take over. Once that happens, they make sure the team is functioning properly (management) and has runway ($$).
@awilkinson Most don’t understand distribution because it’s more complex + unique per product/market. It’s mentally easier to correlate a product’s success to its features. Related story — “launch product -> where are the users -> maybe we should try sales”
