@bsrome Too many mistakes in the flow before sprint reviews and retros are done (if they’re done at all) that correcting them takes more time than management wants to give. They want agile because it’s the thing to do but somehow forget what the word means.

@bsrome People are bad at writing “stories” (they’re f’ing tasks). Scrum masters are often just the devs who are borderline OCD and get thrown into the role. Stand-ups aren’t done correctly. Stories get added mid-sprint to keep devs busy.
