Here's a video of the time, a fortnight ago, I ran 240 miles to my book launch in central London from my house in Wales to raise money for @refugeeaction.

We've raised £15,500. If you wanted to help nudge it up £16k to help people with nothing, rather than lining the pockets of a serial grifter, that'd be good wouldn't it?
