Hi @QPark_UK - had a rubbish experience upon entry at Chinatown (London) this afternoon.

I parked my EV at the 7kW charger and attendant confronted me as follows (I’m paraphrasing but only slightly)…

“How long have they not worked?”
“They’ve never worked”
“Well, can I leave it there for a little while, then on my break at work I’ll move it to the rapid charger, which I can see does work?”
“No. £100 fine now. And if you stay at rapid charger over 90 mins another £100 fine”

@InstaVoltUK Thank you! I just struggled to disconnect charger because the touchscreen wasn’t working properly - but I should have just scanned my contactless card again, which was dead easy. Think I spoke to Usman (sp?) - maybe you can pass on my apologies!
