@Leonardo_Hotels - we booked at your the Munich Leonardo City Centre. After a delayed flight and replacement rail service we arrived at after midnight, to be told the booking we made in July wasn’t available and you only had single rooms.

We were put in a taxi to a cheaper hotel in the chain, 15 minutes away. We booked the central hotel as we had a 9am train. We lost an hour of sleep travelling to and from the hotel, which is shown as half the price on your website, and offered a free breakfast as compensation.

@NOWHelpTeam have had this error message for 4 days now on nowtv on echo show 15… it stopped mid way through a broadcast so was working. Any chance of this being resolved?

As it’s a non issue for you, I’m guessing you have not. I may be wrong, and those people you know may have had better experiences. It’s an easy word to avoid.

It’s offensive and isn’t necessary. @JeremyClarkson, I’m sure you won’t apologise - but there are many other words you could have used.
