It may be time to give up my @AmericanLegion life membership as they spend money to trick veterans into thinking the offsets in the Taking Care of America’s Veteran Act are good. @jahimes I urge you to vote NO on taking future benefits away from Veterans.
Horribly disappointed by @AveloAir and their “no agents available” at airports they service. Shame on me for forgetting “you get what you pay for” / flight was cancelled and the only way to get help is on the phone, with a 3+ hour hold time

The lack of any communications or assistance from @AmericanAir staff is disappointing. I appreciate there was a significant weather event, but surge in staff to help people when they are most stressed and vulnerable. #customerservice
