@JIMCITEH@eunicehuv Slot won us the league, then we finished 5th and he went. Rodgers lost the race in 2014, finished 6th the following season and went in the October of the next.
Both went on results, not title races or dodgy funding.
On that note, I guess you’re a bit fickle on rules? 🤷♂️
@JIMCITEH@eunicehuv Rodgers lost it by two points in 2014, in a season the Commission found you were running a disguised funding scheme.
Klopp then won us a league and a Champions League without sham sponsors. No, we'll keep ours pal 😂
@JIMCITEH@eunicehuv Rodgers wasn't sacked for losing the 2014 title, you melt 😂😂😂
We finished 6th the year after and he went in October 2015. That's how we got Klopp, not you.
All you gave us was a title won in a season the IC found you running a disguised funding scheme 😂😂
@Spike______ Hating the Glazers is a hobby. Lying to the League for nine years is a verdict.
Utd’s debt was in the accounts and they’ve screwed themselves.
City's £830m was hidden, explained away with a story the Commission called concocted. Stop defending a cover-up with a bad analogy.
@Mancity_dreamer Does anyone else notice that when an Independent Commission proves 114 charges after years of evidence, the only people shouting conspiracy are the supporters of the club found guilty?
The agenda is real.
@MCFC_Hugo Spending isn't your charge, concealment is. Spurs weren't found to have hidden where their 700m came from. Foden is tops, but was still funded by it. Trafford never played a senior game for City. Burnley developed him, then City paid £27m to buy him back 👀🤷♂️
@JIMCITEH@eunicehuv Understood perfectly, mate. You're saying thanks for beating us to a title during a season the Commission found was a disguised funding scheme. Like thanking the burglar for the insurance payout. We got Klopp, you got 114 proven charges 👀😂. Keep coping 😎
@citydrm@JimOhSoSpurs An apt name “city dreaming”. The IC read far more than the leaked emails and found the 'government paid' explanation was concocted after the event, plus witness dishonesty. CAS ruled on a different case. You're reaching mate 🤷♂️
@Brawlerbradler@TBahnson It's not fake outrage. A Commission found £830m of your income wasn't real. Watching the games doesn't change that, nor does it change that 114 of 115 charges were proven. The appeal is a review, not a rerun. 'If City win' is doing a lot of work for you pal 🙄
@thecitydefender It is about football, and that’s all it’s about. Clubs were relegated, missed Europe and lost titles competing against £830m of income the Commission found wasn't real. Jobs in Manchester don't undo that. If investment is conditional on the PL backing down, that's the problem.
@MarkDuffy6nkd@themagic_tophat And if you read the report, you’ll see that the sponsorship payments were made in full, but the origin of the payment was deemed to not have come from the sponsor in full. That’s the basis of the judgement and the IC has based part of it’s verdict on it
@BBRRTTS@BallSmartMUFC@City_Chief@premierleague I just don’t understand the plausibility you’re applying here as, outside of the report, nothing of substance has been provided in addition. Why wasn’t the evidence provided already if it’s so irrefutable? All City have said after release are holding statements, nothing more 🤷♂️
@dakeb_mcfc@AFCWin_@GrimZN@RealTalkMCFC You’d be amazed at how high the bar is for that. There’s no relitigation of evidence and, by the time they get there, it’s likely to have had two independent commissions rule the same way. It’s not the win you think it is pal.
@BBRRTTS@BallSmartMUFC@City_Chief@premierleague That’s a third-hand opinion based on how you phrased it? The 40-page verdict is far more sober in judgement than the PL statement: they are independent from the PL, not acting on behalf of. It’s nuts to even think just a hacked email caused this.
@themagic_tophat There is a narrow window that allows the case to be taken to the High Court, but it involves only the due process that the PL has taken. Agree that it’s after appeal and arbitration. Both of which narrow the challenge in turn considerably.
@BBRRTTS@BallSmartMUFC@City_Chief@premierleague The CAS decision was rejected on time-based grounds. UEFA didn’t act in time. But CAS did condemn City’s behaviour unconditionally, hence the €10m fine
@BBRRTTS@BallSmartMUFC@City_Chief@premierleague 3 KCs. Yes. chosen to independently review and judge the evidence laid out to them. At that point they became separate parties from the PL.
Lastly, you have evidence of the hatred? Because the panel’s view on PL bias/victimisation was actually irrevocably “no” in the verdict
