@AmazonHelp Nope that doesn't help. Even after receiving the order at Rotherham depot the order still says I need to send it back. Even after sending proof of postage and proof of delivery to customer services. Can you just let me know how to escalate? Online team just keep saying 3-5 days.
@AmazonHelp Got off the phone with someone 2 hours ago, but still no email they said theyd send or any update to the account to say refund was in progress. Can't even understand how this can happen?
