Ive been trying to unstake my pixels and claim my staking rewards. for nearly a week. it will not let me claim it gives an external json rpc error whenever I try.

others were able to unstake using a different wallet other than ronin. Please can anybody help me? Since today is the last day i can claim my staking before migration happens and i lose everything that ive had staked for over a year... Please anyone im begging for help.

@kasplex I purchased 163,730,659 NACHO through Kaspacom on September 20, 2026, at 13:37:22. The order was completed at 13:38:51, and the tokens initially appeared in my @KasWare wallet. After the indexer outage and restoration, my NACHO balance disappeared.

@paulaCrypto_1 I set up a wallet. I did everything I was supposed to do to keep it safe. My wallet was emptied in less than a week.. They said there was nothing they could do about it..
