@Ryanair managed to change a flight via chat in 5 mins. Brilliant service. If only @British_Airways was as easy. I've been trying to make a change to a booking FOR WEEKS and either get hung up on or a request passed to the 'back office' only to never hear back 😡

@British_Airways we have contacted the exec club 4 times to try and book a seat for extra comfort. Each time we’re told somebody will be in contact via email with a price and a booking link, and we are yet to hear anything.

@TfL I set up auto pay on the TFL Drive app before driving in the congestion zone on Monday 20th, but my autopay balance is still showing £0 when I was expecting this to show £15. How long does this take to update and can I confirm this is set up correctly.
