@atlanticesque@CaprisArdent Lost is heavily serialized, but it's also super episodic. The whole gimmick was that every episode was a focus on a different character. Streaming era is really when the concept of the "episode" starts going away
@tirentu@Mengu09@NikachuMTG@oldemodave I’m well aware and fully agree. But people constantly talking about Wizards “fumbling” because competitive play isn’t what it was…a company shifting focus to what makes profit is pretty clearly a choice and not a random accident/error.

@Ready2Bfr33@dissproportion Yep. There are obviously a bunch of reasons people can lose weight in Europe, but it's an objective fact that the EU is higher standards for food than we do in the US, and a bunch of chemicals that are in US food are banned there.
@xbeforexsunrise@postproctorism FWIW, I felt that Israel was a secondary concern to the play, which was primarily about elder millennials aging over 20 years, and cataloging multiple ways their relationship with Judaism (and the world in general) changes
@ohiojesustwink I remember how much the UWS audience loved Nancy Pelosi the night I saw it. I wondered if the reaction would have been different at a different theater, like the Public
@willmenaker There is also little to no information available on any of the people listed. Maybe we should just do a random drawing as opposed to an election where 99 percent of voters have no way to get any info on the candidates
Tomorrow, democratic socialism is on the ballot. All across the city we have a chance to send new leaders to Albany and DC to tax the rich, block the bombs, and build an affordable New York for all.
