Now I know which Conductor workspaces are safe to run in parallel, then when those are complete and merged, merge the main branch back into the remaining workspaces and continue.

3. Have a slash command that takes the issue ids as an input and analyze the commented plans on each issue to recommend parallel development pairings.

2. Have each workspace create a plan. Once satisfied with the plan, have Conductor create a comment on the associated Linear issue with the plan.
