Not that anyone reads my tweets or cares (been pissing in the wind, pointlessly venting here for years) Im leaving Twitter. Musk is a terrible man, and I wish him every failure. Headed to blusky to be ignored there. Bye!
@GoodwinMJ@GBNEWS You are probably the UKs worst pollster. Actual results

PP is Goodwin'd propaganda tool. The outfit is cynical and partisan famous for leading question and bad polling practices, not a member of MRS. Trash. Disregard.
@IanDunt The more centrist Tory MPs will give up every last principle they had. They will applaud as Farage joins then leads them and the Tories will become the UK branch of the Republican Party.
Great primer by @bentreyf on the mystery of Elon Perry (if that even is his name!) and the enfeeblement of his once august masthead

@darrenwoodiwiss@DrSimEvans Surely a large part of the rise is due to cost of capital? Interest rates are still high compared to the good old days. Renewable infra is largely capex while hydrocarbons which are largely opex hence interest rates critical.
@GreenPartyMolly@TheGreenParty While your Corbynite members discover magic money trees, your old school members oppose new solar and wind projects. Not a serious party.
@gerardreid14 More interconnectors. UK and S Europe not in the free zone. More pumped hydro capacity. More EVs. More grid scale 8hr+ batteries. More dynamic tariffs to allow both consumers and industry the opportunity to find enterprising ways of soaking up the cheap supply.
Britain lost the ability to treat its sewage the moment we left the EU and it became profitable to dump it (no fines).
Fines were approximately £100-200m while we were in the EU.
They would be £5bn a year now, they only make £3bn profit.
What an absolute weasel. Police dealing with a horrific murder and he thinks their prime role should be to make sure coked up fascists get the facts to prevent them from rioting. 1. Police have to be very careful about what they say. 2. Complicated by age of offender. 3. He knew exactly what he was doing but it has gone a bit too far so he is going into his nice Nigel reasonable on the radio mode. We talk about @Nigel_Farage “I don’t know … I’m only asking questions” shtick on @RestIsPolitics tomorrow.
@nickhillman Oh that's nice. Vice versa too! And for me I miss HE generally. My new products are about Home Electrification so at least I keep the initials on my tracker products!
Nigel Farage, "We have to address issues like uncontrolled mass immigration, division of our communities"
Tom Swarbrick, "I don't know what any of that has got to do with Southport"
NF, "I'm looking for a long term solution"
TS, "I don't know what any of that has got to do with Southport"
NF, "Don't you?"
TS, "No"
NF, "You know what?"
TS, "The man charged was born in Cardiff"
NF, "Do you know what, you want to get out more"
TS, "Thank you"
NF, "You want to get out more"
TS, "The man charged was born in Cardiff"
NF, "Why didn't they tell people that? Maybe the riots would not have been that bad"
TS, "You jumped to conclusions"
NF, "They did not tell people"
TS, "You came to conclusions based on looking at Andrew Tate's twitter feed of what happened"
NF, "They did not tell people before those riots sparked, who he was and where they came from. If they had done that this would have been far less serious"
TS, "You could have said in those circumstances: we dont know yet who this person is so lets not jump to conclusions, let's wait and see and condemn how awful the attack was"
NF, "Or I could have said tell us the truth and maybe this will calm down, which is what I did"
