Sonam Wangchuk’s (@Wangchuk66) Gandhian satyagraha awakened an entire nation. Fasting for 26 days for the youth of this country was a pure and supreme sacrifice. It will go down in history as the moral force that united us all against impossible odds.
Words cannot fully express our thanks for your contributions. We love you and are endlessly grateful for your satyagraha.

Instead of going after criminals, UP Police is wasting its time going after our volunteer Mohd Junaid who has been serving food and water to people.
Now they’re harassing him and his family in UP. Our team is in touch with him and we will never let them victimize him or his family.
It is no longer shocking how this govt responds to dissent, but we will not be intimidated by these cowards. Every illegal action of the Police will be challenged in courts.
The farmers of India did it first.
The youth have done it today.
Congratulations to the youth of India who protested across the country, both offline and online, and made this victory possible.
Just as the farm laws were repealed, we shall ensure that #NEET is also abolished.

A massive victory for democracy!
The students protest now enters a crucial stage, what next?
Dharmendra Pradhan’s resignation is not the solution, this is the first step from the government.
#NEET should be abolished. Protestors in TN demand abolition of #NEET.
This is the first wicket. We won't stop here. This is just the beginning. I salute all students, all the volunteers who have been sitting here for the last 36 days
July 21, Safdarjung Hospital, when Sonam Wangchuk was trying to leave the premises to go to Medanta Hospital. Safdarjung Hospital administration and police tried to stop him, even though Delhi High Court allowed him to be shifted to Medanta, Gurugram.

This is shocking!
Five Muslim Students returning to Jamia area from Jantar Mantar were detained by the police near @jmiu_official and taken to the police station. Social activist Zeba Khan @zeba_kh_an and the reporter Afzal Alam @afzalalamjmi chased the police vehicle and freed all the Students.
Hello @DelhiPolice, Why were they detained, is it a crime to participate in Jantar Mantar protest?
Why are young Students from the Jamia area being treated like criminals just for participating in the protest?
Accountability, Apology –

How brazenly insensitive are you?
Students are on ground zero, because Modi Govt is now using these much-respected universities as propaganda outlets to bully them.
Instead of making Dharmendra Pradhan resign and then start a meaningful discussion on the Education System, Modi-Shah have resorted to denigerating our centre's of learning.
Now you know why our youth are on the streets.
Now you know how BJP damaged the Education system in the past 12 years!
As an alumni of Delhi University and as a law maker myself being a Member of Parliament I totally condemn this misleading and threatening statement from @UnivofDelhi
Which SC ruling has rendered the Jantar Mantar demonstrations/assemblies as blanket “unlawful” as claimed in this DU statement? Shame on DU for lying to its students.
How dare you threaten students for exercising their democratic rights?
Please note, you are the ones that will be held accountable when the time comes.
