Don't hate me for this question, please. Long time fan, first time caller.
What would you think about divvying up all of the college football teams into 4 32-team leagues and then having promotion and relegation amongst those leagues?
In each league, you would have four divisions of eight teams. You have to play everybody else in your division plus one team from all the other three divisions.
The postseason could be, obviously, the division winners and then wild card teams. The bottom two teams in each division move down, and the top two teams in each division move up. How bad do you hate this idea?
Think this is the only way to ever get a truly objective postseason. I also think we have to stop acting like every team is created equal. They're not. The 128th team is not the same as the number one team. To think that those two teams would have to play each other for the 128th team to win a national championship is a bit ridiculous.
However, I predict you hate my idea because it could ruin the regular season. I argue it is already getting kind of ruined as we know it. But this idea also has the opportunity to remove traditional rivalries. Again, don't hate me. We're doing Q&A in the spring, so food for thought.
A new CNN investigation finds that a Russian cargo ship likely carrying two nuclear reactors and possibly destined for North Korea, sank in unexplained circumstances off the coast of Spain.

It may sound silly, but I was really bothered by @RyanHoliday in his response video to Ivanka Trump.
It’s an emotional rant that borders on angry protectionism. As if he is the gatekeeper of who can and cannot practice Stoicism. And that he is ultimate decider of the proper and best ways to do so.
I thought on it to reason through if it was my own emotions that upset me, given the political nature of the video.
@shellenberger wrote an outstanding piece that I encourage everyone to read. It captures the sentiment I felt perfectly. We need more reasoned, measured, and logical responses. Not less.

Comparison is something I've had to fight hard.
And for a long time I didn't even realize what I was really doing. Every time I looked at someone else's life, their team, their title, their success, I was quietly telling God He made a mistake with mine.
But here's what I've learned: you cannot be grateful and comparing at the same time. I believe they cannot coexist.
So today I want to challenge you — stop auditing someone else's blessing. Your calling, your story, your design is not an accident. God doesn't make mistakes.

There’s a Japanese saying:
“If you feel like you’re losing everything, remember, trees lose their leaves every year, yet they still stand tall and wait for better days to come.”
For those of you not familiar.
The A-10 Warthog is the ugliest, most absurdly beautiful killing machine to ever take flight. A flying chunk of titanium molded around a gatlin gun style cannon; the equally absurd 30mm GAU-8.
It commands the adoration of troops on the ground as the sound of its unmistakable mating call the “brrrrrrp” overhead means several enemy fighters have been neutralized.
It flies low and slow delivering death more intimately than any other fighter jet could fathom.
Cloaked in armor, it’s rumored to be able to take damage to 70% of its airframe and still land with ease. It doesn’t need a long or even paved runway.
The uppity nerds running the Air Force have decided to “phase them out” this year… yet here they are continuing to “get some”.
I personally think that @USMC should take the them over… they fit perfectly in our “take old shit and make it great” culture.
As is often the case, it is wise to read @JournoRyan’s take on all legal matters in Tuscaloosa County. He does the reporting work. https://t.co/hoZtuaETG1
