Nigerian businessman Emmanuel Chukwu used his ships to get more than 1,000 Nigerians out during Liberia’s civil war.
He was a rich businessman living in Liberia when the war started in 1989.
As the fighting spread, he reportedly used his own vessels and his own money to pull more than 1,000 stranded Nigerians out of the country.
He also reportedly gave up his new Mercedes-Benz to help free captured Nigerians.
It cost him. His businesses were looted, millions in assets gone, and his younger brother was killed in the war.
He risked his money and his safety for other Nigerians, and still hardly anyone talks about him.
How many testimonies do we need to hear before we understand who Peter Obi really is?
A wealthy and deeply connected man. His network, goodwill and relationships are unmatched by many in Nigerian politics.
The testimonies keep coming. At some point, we should listen.

I started walking exactly one year ago, September 2025 and have been consistently walking at least 5-6 days every week till date.
Before I started walking, my numbers scared me.
I weighed over 104kg, my cholesterol was high,
My blood pressure was sitting between 170-190 over 100-130.
My heart would race at night and I’d lie awake with palpitations.
Walking even the shortest distance, would leave me breathless,
My knees hurt whenever I climbed the stairs.
And the real wake-up call?
My blood sugar crossed into 3 digits🙆
I knew I couldn’t keep going like that.
So I cleaned up my diet, And I started walking every single morning.
One year later:
I’m 84kg. Down 20kg.
My blood pressure is now in the ranges of 104-117 over 60-75.
My pulse is steady and in the normal range.
My blood sugar is back in a healthy range too.
I can run without gasping. I can do stairs without hunting for a seat to recover.
I wake up with energy.
I still have 16kg to go to hit my 70kg goal,
God willing by next year.
But now, I’m celebrating how far I’ve come.
If you’ve been putting off your health journey, let this be your sign to start, One walk, One better meal, One day at a time, It adds up.
This, September, marks exactly one year since I started
Gen Z Nigerians are for Peter Obi.
The man who inspired young Nigerians to become interested in politics & governance.
Let the AWAKENING continue. 💪
Obama caused significant harm to Nigerians by backing the APC and Muhammadu Buhari against Goodluck Jonathan in 2015. History will judge him harshly for that decision, now and forever.
@ruffydfire Psychophants and empty wailers an ld ass leaking Rasklats and Bomboklats everywhere. Very shameless sets of people with idiotic and self seeking, selfish and self centred Ass holes.
WHY PETER OBI IN 2027? 🇳🇬
Remember when Peter Obi spoke about Nigeria’s terrible roads and APC supporters, including Dave Umahi, went after him?
Then the Benin road gridlock happened and reality answered for him.
Obi has travelled across Nigeria, often by road. He has visited hospitals, schools, businesses and communities. He has seen the problems Nigerians face not from an office, but firsthand.
He knows what it takes to run a business in this country. He understands the cost of doing business, government waste & what happens when leadership gets the basics wrong.
And that’s why I keep asking:
What exactly are we looking for in a president that Peter Obi doesn’t already bring to the table?
Competence?
Experience?
Accountability?
Frugality?
Energy?
A national outlook beyond tribe and religion?
His supporters can argue about him. His critics can attack him.
But one thing is difficult to deny: Obi has spent years talking about the problems Nigerians are actually living with.
Nigeria doesn’t need another president who knows how to campaign.
We need one who understands how to fix things.
2027 is bigger than party colours.
Make your case: why shouldn’t Peter Obi be Nigeria’s next president?
