1 Nationally standardised voting
2 Compulsory voting
Why can’t these happen in the US?

@NateMeyvis @MattGlassman312 @thinkingpoker Maybe it’s just because I’ve grown up with it (bias?) but these are both features of other well functioning democracies, and would increase fairness markedly. Compulsory voting makes fighting for the middle ground more important than merely mobilising the rusted on supporters
