@AskNationwide Ok. So what can I do? The transfer was done automatically as part of the process, I did not know in beforehand that it would be only one.
@AskNationwide Yes: just one big transfer the 27/6/17 when the switch was completed: "Forwarded Credit Switch Balance". it was all I had on my account.
@AskNationwide Hi Max, I did not transfer anything myself from my previous account, all my money was transferred automatically during the switching process
