Honored to welcome @Eddie_Rado back onto the Ball Talk Pod to preview the Sooners upcoming trip to Omaha!
What’s the o/u on Jell-O Shots Eddie consumes at Rocco’s over the next week?

He's gonna make less next year than Ja Morant, less than Zach LaVine, slightly more than Michael Porter Jr. He's young, he's only the 25% max.
Get your jokes in tonight. He had a bad game. He's still an awesome player. This contract is fine.
At an OU/A&M wedding. They just played Boomer Sooner and the Aggie War Hymn back to back and honestly, I rock with the War Hymn. It’s just a UT diss track and I respect that.
NEW ANGLE OF WHAT WEMBY TOLD THE SPURS PLAYERS:
“Hard fouls”
Can’t believe people like this guy, genuinely there is so much wrong with this, and it’s getting almost no attention because it doesn’t fit the narrative. If Lu Dort said this it would be front page news all around the world.
Mason Plumlee’s (SAS) foul against Jared McCain (OKC) at 1:39 of the 4th quarter in Game 5 of the Western Conference Finals on 5/26/26 has been upgraded to a Flagrant 1 after league review.

The problem with social media is everyone will throw a tantrum over two bad calls but ignore the Spurs giving up 100 points in three quarters to a team missing two key players.
SGA on Chet Holmgren:
“He was really good. Chet has all the tools and everybody in our building and the league knows that.
He’s a hell of a player.
I don’t ever worry about Chet.
I’ll bet on Chet 10 times out of 10.”
Watching the refs miss the out of bounds call off Chet, then Mitch Johnson wave relentlessly in the refs face for a challenge and not give it to him, to then immediately see Shai fall down and get his 20th FTA …
That is the first time in my 15 years of watching the NBA I have legit turned off a big game of this caliber out of unenjoyment. On my way to the gym and don’t give a fuck about the result anymore.
