@SpotifyCares can someone tell me how I can trace a second spotify charge on a credit card? I don't know the email or account number, but I do have the credit card number.

@Ebay, do you not have customer support tel # so I can talk to a real person? I'm a buyer who in good faith paid $800 + taxes for an item can not get a simple question answered? I thought I just was unlucky with one seller but it seems your whole process is whack!

I spent all day chatting with support on X. Sent a message, got an answer from agent #1. Obviously did not look into my case.. didn't answer my question. Replied asking they answer my question. Wait for Agent #2 to say the same thing as #1.#3 not any better. Rince and repeat.🤬

Very disappointed with @eBay. Trying to cancel an order that is an obvious scam listing. Followed process and requested refund from scammer. No surprise, scammer doesn't respond and cancels refund. Tried to talk to an agent, told to send email and wait 24-48 hours. Never again!

For the last couple of years, I have tried to get out of this abusive subscription service. I have 2 and will have to pay 150e to end a service I rarely used. Screw it, I'm going to pay it.. I'm done. @adobe FU!

@clickup I see a lot of peeps are not enjoying the latest updates. I am one of them but my biggest problem is the billing! I was charged $675 since January for an annual renewal! Apparently if I downgrade, I will not get a refund but the downgrade will take effect immediately 🤬

@ciaomarcela @AirTahitiNuiUS there is no way that this was an actual ticket sale. Even if it was real, I wouldn't trust a company like this for $1500 and actually expect to be able to book 4 trips without having issues.

@AirTahitiNuiUS "we still have many passes available" and yet "Our Tiare Pass will be available .... until it sells out.... Number of available passes: 250" Are you saying that you are not able to complete 250 sales in almost 5 hours? Or are you extending it to make up for your incompetence?

No one can contact them at all? They are not able to put a message saying that they are swamped? I’m thinking this is a scam.

@AirTahitiNuiUS @AnnMugglebee Honestly, this smells of a scam. I am not going to trust a company that can't handle 250 calls in 3 hours with my $3000.
The only honest way to handle this is to cancel the sale for today and set it up when you have the process to handle the call volume.
