@martarider Yup. That lane is routinely ignored. We need to build a culture of respecting bus lanes. The fact that it suddenly turns into a right turn lane for cars muddies the water, however.
@ColinVParker I think it depends on the situation. Obviously our current streetcar moves at a snail's pace, limiting its effectiveness. But wouldn't beltline rail be less encumbered by traffic? Other cities have efficient LRT, Seattle and Dresden come to mind.
https://t.co/2wIaaFR7Xx East Point PATH is a phenomenal concept. We're fortunate to have specific plans for around 22 mi of routes in plausible locations. It is encouraging to see the model mile under construction. What we don't have (yet) is funding for the rest. Ideas, anyone?
