I know you have an intelligent version of cosy but it takes a while for integrations etc

Could there be a plan to offer a cheaper slot to all users if the temp dropped below say 5c and there was plenty of wind? ie when heat pumps need help the most…

@g__j Any thoughts on offering some bonus cheap periods for Cosy tarrif customers?

I was on IOG and some days you could get a cheap slot most of the day if the wind was blowing.

Would be great if those on Cosy could get extra cheap periods?

As an FYI the engineer was saying there’s no pay incentive for 3phase and appts take longer so lots of them letting their quals lapse as they can earn more doing 1 phase work. Not your company I realise.

@g__j Hi Greg. What can be done about a massive shortage of 3 phase engineers?

Our meters broken so no smart tarrif. Waiting list about 6-8 weeks for visit. So our EV and HP £££ to run atm.

Be great to easily see how much we’re spending on miles vs general house consumption
