Most Amazon content is written for people who live in Seller Central. Most AI content is about the latest tool or shortcut.
Amazon shapes what shoppers find and buy. AI is starting to do the same before they even reach a marketplace or website.
I write for the people who own the outcome. They need to know whether the channel is profitable and how AI is changing the way their teams work and their customers shop.
If you look at one thing today look at this
A huge amount of work went into designing a new type of institution owned by the local populace that can distribute the benefits of the Intelligence Age to all

I decided to try out Grokbot's "teach a task" feature in my Amazon business. So I recorded myself putting together a single Amazon inbound shipment.
Grokbot quickly analyzed the recording and wrote itself an SOP. Then I assigned it a different shipment of its own. I just gave it the SKUs and case counts. First try, no issues. Perfect execution. The only place it stopped was to confirm the carrier charge. I hadn't told it it wasn't allowed to spend money. It already had that discernment.
If you've tried other bots before without success and especially if you've had issues with the Claude browser extension not working for you, this is a totally different ballgame. If you've got to do a task just flip on that "teach a task" feature and see what Grokbot can do with it. It's a brave new world.
Slack is 100% a productivity killer if expectations aren't set. Making your team constantly context-switch is idiotic. I have my team on a 2-4 hour response window depending on job responsibilities. I time block focus time with small response times in between. Knock out a bunch of messages then jump back into the important stuff.
@SarahLevinger@jappleby Hmmm... If you built the business from the ground up with social media engagement, even if you have a physical product or an app subscription to sell, maybe you could consider the social content itself part of your product
@jappleby@SarahLevinger Fair point... Go big or go home lol. The fact remains that people can look forward to advertising content they find entertaining. Better question might be, does a focus on entertainment like this really convert into customers or just fans of the "show"?
@jappleby People watch the Super Bowl for the commercials, so...
Question is, even if content is so good that people look forward to it, does it convert or are you just entertaining a bunch of doom scrollers? Funny content never made me buy Doritos or Old Spice. Just sayin...
@denk_tweets I occasionally get 24 minutes but that's likely because I run into the restroom at approximately 22 minutes. Just a hack I'm open sourcing for anyone to take. Enjoy your extra minute.
@Bobbymays I see this in SMB E-com all the time. Brands with great products and strong marketing but the little mistakes they can't even see are costing them dearly. It's compounded for brands selling on Amazon, where there's a seemingly infinite number of ways to miss those details.
@bloggersarvesh Great write-up here. I haven't tried out Grokbot specifically for SEO yet. Definitely going to run through this! Side note... My SpaceX torch is not going to cut it as a cigar lighter moving forward. Gonna need the real deal after seeing that video.
Claude just made it possible for any brand to stand up an agentic AI commerce agent before Q4. Shopify released integration for this 30 minutes after it was announced. This is the future and the train just got a lot easier to jump on.
We're open-sourcing Claude Commerce Agents.
This is a blueprint for building shopping and merchant agents, with reference implementations across retail, travel, telecom, and entertainment.
@QNguyeenn The sooner you learn it, the sooner you'll be ahead of all the masses that haven't started yet. The great thing is AI can actually teach you "how to AI". It's a cool time to be alive.
@blvckledge Couldn't agree more. The greatest thing about building a business around a family lifestyle is that it becomes like a tool that provides the time and money to create real quality memories.
Love this. Business owners need to focus on their strengths and what they are passionate about. Only caveat is business financials. Even if you're crushing it at everything else, you got to make sure the accounting is right. It's really easy for the entrepreneurial positivity to leak out capital and end up in bankruptcy. Get good at the money side or hire a CFO. That way you can check that boring box and focus on those strengths and passions and build something great.
@tonbistudio@Shopify A perfect use case for Fable 5.1 would be to have it scaffold and lay out all the dependencies as part of a full in-depth build plan. Then the other agents won't go off track and you'll have a solid locked-down foundation.
We've all seen this play out in ecom: the race to the bottom ends up in a bad place. The good news is we've also seen that consumers pay for quality and while it might be easy to vibe code a Shopify app, it isn't easy to include valuable intellectual property and unique training and strategy skills, etc., within the app. That is where the moat is and it still exists for the foreseeable future.
