@arrivanorthwest@googlemaps@arrivabuswales Hi Rebecca, thanks for this, as you'll see, they're already @'d in, I was just copying Arriva in to show the two Arriva accounts.
Hey @googlemaps in Liverpool UK, Maps has been falsely claiming all buses are cancelled, they're not, they're all running fine, it seems a tweet from Arriva Wales has caused this, but Liverpool isn't in Wales, it actually comes under Arriva North West, could this be fixed please?
Hello @global do you still operate the billboards at the entrance/exit of the Wallasey Tunnel in Liverpool? They've looked like the attached photo for over a year now, not a great look I'm sure you'll agree ...
Hello @WirralCouncil do you have an update regarding the public realm works in Liscard? Despite being reported as 'underway' there doesn't appear to have been any obvious activity, has this work been delayed or is it still in the planning stage? https://t.co/BCFikKiJBv
Status critical: We ran out of full fat coffee beans this afternoon, there's only a small amount of decaf beans remaining, please send supplies or we'll all be asleep at our desks tomorrow ... we need our caffeinated beverages ... message ends ...
Good morning @92DegreesUK ... could we get some demerara sugar at your LIPA branch please? It's been in very short supply since late November, as have other items of stock, feels like this branch hasn't really been firing on all cylinders since it re-opened in September.
@Merseytravel Thanks Bobby, appreciate it ... it seems Arriva are relying on Merseytravel to amend the update, they've published the same link I sent to you on the service updates section of their own website ...
Morning @Merseytravel I think (but check with @arrivanorthwest) the following travel update needs updating https://t.co/xRp8OnHzBg Over the weekend buses started using the diversion put in place by Cadent as part of their works, this means buses are now diverting along ... 1/2
@Merseytravel ... buses are now using the diversion that was put in-place for the roadworks so they're no longer missing out any stops on Mount Pleasant or Seaview Road, which is very welcome and made the commute a lot easier this morning! 👍 2/2
@Merseytravel Morning Bobby, how odd, it's definitely still showing for me, it was updated on Friday but I think whoever updated it forgot to change the end date, Mount Pleasant remains closed at the junction with Rake Lane until 17th Jan due to emergency gas works by Cadent, however ... 1/2
@Merseytravel Thanks ^GW, I appreciate you and the other members of the social media team, I know decisions are made elsewhere. Sometimes common sense and customer communication is lacking away from the coal face, I'll log request in the hope it will bring change and improve customer service.
@Merseytravel Also, it might be standard procedure, but if customers aren't aware it's standard procedure and follow the guidance stating their service is running on alternative roads, they'll assume they can head to a stop on the diversion, it needs to be made clear the bus won't stop.
@Merseytravel Thanks ^GW, appreciate your time over the last couple of days, although in this instance not stopping along the diversion leads to the bus being far too early to enter Liscard Crescent, so it has to park for 10 minutes at the Egerton Road stop on Rake Lane ... ah well ... 🙄
@CadentGasLtd Thank you Liam for your speedy response, much appreciated, @Merseytravel hopefully this serves as an official update, you'll obviously also need to get someone to update the temporary notices in the affected stops which state the works were going to take 5 days from the 6th Jan.
