@CoffeeBlackMD Whatโs your max hr ? Mine is 178 so my upper zone 2 level is 138 based on my current fitness level.
I like to sit between 132 and 136 for optimal results and have found sessions like this better for the joints

When you sort of know your pace you can just stick to it and reduce every 5 mins as he creeps up ๐๐ผ๐

Canโt lift as heavy, but definately get better chest contraction without 1- the use of the legs pressing to the floor, 2 - raising your ass off the bench like a powerlifter ๐
