New name, symbol, & version rewrite the token's EIP-712 DOMAIN_SEPARATOR onchain.

Old-name ERC-2612 permits stop verifying.
Every new permit must sign against the new domain.

The recent Cosmos EVM vulnerabilities do not affect Berachain, which uses BeaconKit. BeaconKit only makes use of CometBFT for consensus, while using Bera-reth for execution.
