Satan hates the Blessed Virgin Mary. In fact, he has been doing everything in his power to 𝗗𝗜𝗦𝗖𝗢𝗨𝗥𝗔𝗚𝗘 𝗗𝗘𝗩𝗢𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 to her and instill 𝗛𝗔𝗧𝗥𝗘𝗗 for her for two millennia. He used to be the most perfect creature by nature; but Mary came, the 𝗠𝗢𝗦𝗧 𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗙𝗘𝗖𝗧 𝗖𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗘 by grace. He corrupted himself by disobedience; however Mary sanctified herself by obedience.

Have you ever noticed that it is Marian dogmas (teachings) and devotions that stir the strongest reactions in those who reject the Church? 😅 Even some good Catholics are embarrassed by devotion to our Lady, and they feel we should not be too extreme in our veneration of her.

The scene is the garden of Eden. The characters are God, the serpent, Adam, and Eve. The devil is smirking in triumph. He has just deceived Eve, and through her, Adam. Oh, he is proud of himself. You can almost feel the demonic pride in destruction, for he has successfully marred God’s handiwork of creation, and dragged human beings—for whom God has a special love—into death and misery.

God has appeared on the scene to clean up the mess, declaring the tragic curse that has arisen from sin, but also to proclaim the protoevangelium, the first hint at the Gospel and the devil’s doom.

God starts by addressing Satan, telling him he is going to eat dirt for the rest of his days. Then he reveals something that makes Satan cringe in horror—his ultimate defeat will come at the hands of a woman.

And I will establish a feud between thee and the 𝗪𝗢𝗠𝗔𝗡, between thy offspring and hers; she is to 𝗖𝗥𝗨𝗦𝗛 𝗧𝗛𝗬 𝗛𝗘𝗔𝗗, while thou dost lie in ambush at her heels

In an exorcism in Rome, a demon once said: "No child of Mary that is faithful to her & to the Rosary had totally succumbed to our temptations & became one of us down below. We are powerless against her children & we cannot win against them." St Louis de Montfort said that devotion to Mary is a sign of predestination to heaven. St. Maximllian Kolbe even goes as far as to say that if the Holy Spirit has a face it would be like the face of Mary because she is completely united with the will of God & never once offended Him.

Imagine a husband & wife who never once offended the other but instead always seek the good of the other, serving each until their death with all their attention, heart & devotion. Imagine the beauty of such a marriage. This is the relationahip of God & Mary, Mary never once offended God, even sligtly.

A demon said in an exorcism done by St. Dominic that, “the person aside from Christ that we fear the most is that woman, we fear her more than all the creatures & saints now in heaven combined.”

A demon once said to the Exorcist Fr. Ripperger that "the most excellent moment in all of creation & all of history aside from the crucifixion of our Lord is that moment when Mary stands at the foot of the cross with perfect virtue. Oh what blindness of men! We always define love in very shallow & childish terms, we always define it as a feeling or emotion that fades away like a passing shadow. Love is a total sacrifice of one's self for the beloved. The most agonizing moment in Marys' whole life is that time spent in the foot of the cross. But it’s when she’s really able to show her love to God.

Praying the Rosary is sometimes like staying at the foot of the cross. Do we flee from it & stop its recitation? We do not because thats what we need & thats what true love demands. We cannot just say that we love God & say that we go to church every Sunday & say short prayers here & there before sleeping. In fact, Fr. Ripperger said & the saints have said that we must have 15 minutes of prayer every day "at least", meaning that is the bare minimum. If we dont have that, said the priest, we will never be able to improve our spiritual life & that we will be stuck forever in whatever mess we are presently mired in.

The message is clear. Heaven wants the Rosary prayed, often…

"The most powerful prayer that we fear the most is the Holy Rosary, it crushes us & we cannot stand it. If families just knew how powerful is that prayer, it’ll be our end."

Mary has power against demons Fr. Ripperger has said. In 70% of his exorcisms, when the Virgin shows up, the exorcism has already come to an end. Demons simply flee. Mary doesn’t have to say anything according to the possessed.

Perhaps the most memorable quote of Mary is her own words to one whom she appeared at Guadalupe Mexico, in 1500's:

"Hear me & understand well, my little son, that nothing should frighten or grieve you. Let not your heart be disturbed. Do not fear anything, nor any other sickness or anguish. Am I not here, who is your Mother? Are you not under my protection? Am I not your health? Are you not happily within the crossing of my arms? (If this is so), What else can you ask for?”

There is no problem, I tell you, no matter how difficult it is, that we cannot resolve by the prayer of the Holy Rosary."
