How are third-party solar developers at Excelsior Solar moving the @USDA topsoil off of participating properties?

Through roll-off dumpsters. When Barbie Starowitz noticed them coming in and switching out dumpers around 6AM, she commissioned a drone shot to see what was inside the dumpsters they frequently move.

The drone shot uncovered its some of the missing topsoil.

They take the dumpsters past her home on Transit Road in Byron, NY to a waste station the dumpster company owns in Albion, NY.

The waste station is gated and secured where the dumpsters stay briefly before they go to the Riga Dump (and other areas). Photos have been documented of piles of topsoil being left at Riga Dump.

Clay and crushed rock is used and spread out over the land that was stripped of its USDA topsoil before metal beams are anchored into the ground. I have media to share on that incoming.

It should go without saying this is a violation of the contract Excelsior Solar, with ORES' blessing, had landowners sign. It is also illegal in New York State.

Topsoil is one of many commodities the solar companies are taking off of participating parcels without informing landowners or paying them.
