@FitFounder I workout because I love to and a bonus is I don’t have to think about my diet much. I just don’t overindulge and follow general nutrition principles but I won’t stress out if I eat a dessert. (35 yr male, hard sparring in jiu jitsu 3-5 days a week and lifting 1-2 days per week)

You are correct that there is not time to shop around in a life threading emergency but most visits to the ED are not life threading either. This would incentivize providers to be more competitive.
