Did you know you can get a "dividend" from almost any stock?
(Save this for later)
Well, not exactly a dividend. But you can generate income with a covered call.
It's like renting out your shares. Here's how it works:
You own 100 shares of a stock trading at $100.
You sell 1 call option with a $105 strike that expires in 30 days. The buyer pays you $2 per share, so $200 lands in your account today.
From here, one of two things happens:
1. The stock stays below $105. The call expires worthless. You keep the $200 and your shares, and you can do it again next month.
2. The stock rises above $105. Your shares get sold at $105. You keep the $200 plus the $500 gain from $100 to $105.
The tradeoff: if the stock rockets to $130, you still sell at $105. And if the stock falls, you still own it. The premium only softens the drop.
You can do this on any stock that has options, as long as you own at least 100 shares.
HOW TO RETIRE EARLY FROM THE AI STOCK CRASH IN THE NEXT 5 YEARS
Do not MISS this. This is the exact build out to follow.
After 14 years of trading, I’ve learned something:
The biggest opportunities often appear when nobody wants to touch these stocks anymore.
But a stock being down 50% doesn’t automatically make it cheap.
Here’s where I’ll be looking once the market confirms a bottom:
1. AI & INFRASTRUCTURE

HERE’S WHAT I’M WAITING FOR:
Selling pressure to exhaust.
Strong stocks to form bases.
Daily and weekly 8/21 EMA trends to turn bullish.
Breakouts followed by successful retests.
I’m not trying to catch the exact bottom.
I’m looking for the NEXT major uptrend.
THE FULL WATCHLIST IS IN THE GRAPHIC.
Save this. Prepare now. Execute when the market confirms.
According to the WSJ, Anthropic reported a net loss of more than $80 billion in 1H, though $72 billion of this came from accounting charges tied to convertible notes and other funding instruments.
$AMZN $GOOG $NVDA
Google’s greatest competitive advantage may not be building a faster chip than $NVDA but building AI infrastructure at a lower cost.
After years of designing accelerators around its own AI workloads, $GOOG is bringing that advantage to outside customers.
Selling TPUs opens a massive new revenue opportunity, with analyst forecasts ranging from $100 billion to $250 billion by 2028. At the high end, that would rival what took Google Search decades to achieve.
The catch? HBM shortages and customer financing could limit how quickly this opportunity translates into cash flow.

$IREN just created IREN Europe with plans for a 300 MW AI campus in Spain targeting operations in 2028.
The move comes as Europe pushes for greater control over its AI infrastructure giving IREN an opportunity to serve customers who want their data and compute managed locally.
$IREN is building a financing flywheel that validates its entire investment thesis.
GPUs account for roughly two-thirds of total AI infrastructure CapEx. The remaining third goes toward building the physical data centers.
Now look at the economics:
• Customer prepayments cover 45–55% of GPU CapEx, roughly equivalent to the entire cost of building the physical data centers.
• GPU-backed debt finances up to 90% of GPU costs.
• Operating cash flow and future data center financing fund the remaining requirements and fuel further expansion.
More contracts → More prepayments → More GPUs → More operating cash flow → More capacity → More contracts.
As this flywheel gains momentum, $IREN accelerates compute deployment, reinvests cash flows into further expansion, and reduces its dependence on shareholder dilution.
Once this flywheel reaches scale, $IREN stops being just another capital-intensive AI infrastructure company and becomes a self-funding growth machine.
$ASML $BESI ASML is reportedly developing its own hybrid bonding machine, potentially challenging BE Semiconductor.
According to SemiAnalysis:
🔹 ASML filed 27 hybrid bonding patent families between 2022 and 2024.
🔹 A new design could make chip bonding faster, more efficient, and cheaper.
🔹 ASML could use its expertise in precision and chip manufacturing.
🔹 Prodrive Technologies and VDL ETG could help develop the machine.
🔹 TSMC and Intel could become its first customers.
ASML has not officially confirmed the machine, but its patents and technology roadmap point to serious development.
