01 辣椒还是那些辣椒，需要的人却少了

据蓝鲸新闻相关报道，老干妈引入AI视觉质检后，一条原本有600多名拣椒工人的流水线，只保留48人负责最后把关。

先说清楚：这不等于其余人全部失业，公开报道没有交代他们的具体去向。

我们吃过那么多瓶老干妈，很少想过，背后有人靠一颗颗挑辣椒养活一家人。

如今，同一道工序，不再需要那么多人了。

你可以说，这是技术进步。

可如果你就坐在那条流水线上，你最想知道的恐怕只有一句：明天，我还用来吗？

这份担心很真实。但趁工作还在手里，我们可以先给自己多攒一点选择。

02 你坐在办公室，也会问同一个问题

不妨设想一下：公司引入AI后，原来三个人做的活，两个人能完成。

老板说，离职的同事暂时不补了，剩下的工作重新分一分。

你照常打卡、开会、加班，直到有一天发现，自己最熟练的那些事，已经不再需要一个人专门来做。

让人难受的是，你并没有偷懒。那些流程，是你花了好几年才练熟的。

我们担心的，从来不只是“我会不会用AI”。

而是除了熟悉公司的流程，自己还能解决什么问题？这些能力，换个地方还能不能用？

03 今晚就能开始的3件小事

不必裸辞，也不用一口气学十几个工具。先把主业做好，从这三件小事开始。

第一，选一项重��工作，用AI试着做一遍。

比如整理周报、汇总表格。用可公开或获准使用的材料测试，核对结果，把检查和返工算进去，看是否真的省了时间。

第二，整理一个小案例，让别人看见。

写清原来卡在哪、怎么处理、结果如何。确认能公开、做好脱敏后，发到朋友圈或小红书。不用包装成专家，先分享一次真实的尝试。

第三，约一位同行，聊聊真实需求。

问问对方：“你最近有什么事特别费时间？我这套做法能不能帮上忙？”先听需求，再看看能否做一次小交付，不急着谈变现。

技术变化不该全靠个人硬扛，企业也该提供转岗和培训的机会。但我们可以先从手边能做的事开始。

今晚，挑一件明天要做的重复工作，拿出半小时试一试。

先跑通一个小流程，留下一个案例。多一个选择，就从这里开始。
