.@Cornell staff and @CornellEng faculty and students directed drilling for ~2 months through sedimentary rock and into the crystalline bedrock 3 kilometes deep. Now testing for a heat resevoir to demonstrate geothermal deep direct use for district heating https://t.co/lpSzSMMq3t
@fmfclips It would make sense to take the oral body temperature end point. This would standardize the outcome of variable time and temperature of the sauna
You don’t need Power Cleans to become explosive
I took them out years ago and our program only improved
Here's a free guide on why and how to train Power without Cleans
With a sample week
Do these to get it:

@foundmyfitness I suggest the scientists up their game to describe an endpoint. Heart rate elevation or body temperature ( under tongue). I routinely hit 101 F for an endpoint. An easy sweat is 100F
@drvolts Can you make real time marginal emission rate (lb CO2 per MWh) availabe on -line so that not only is there a price signal, but there is also a carbon signal, about a actions (incease of lead or decrease of load) affect on the grid emissions ?
@NiyerClimate I’m a simple engineer. I believe in physics as the reality. Why not just say: if the marginal emission rate at the electrolyzer is 0 (lb CO2per MWh) then the hydrogen is green. Otherwise it’s not. ?
@kevinkircher New York is much cooler: about 185F at 2 miles deep.
We are advancing deep direct use of enhanced geothermal for heating the Cornell campus. Earth Source Heat | Cornell University & Cornell Deep Geothermal Heat Research. It is also in the chrystalline basement.
@euggra@duncancampbell Read appendix G of the NYS CLCPA scoping plan. Peak demand will almost double and shift from summer to winter. Site is not loading right now….
@JigarShahDC As I replied on LinkedIn, HPs are the electrification of heat. Very efficient. Only if the marginal source of power is carbon free should they be considered renewable.

@NiyerClimate I understand. But I think we ( in upstate NY) are a decade or more away from overbuilding WWS so they are curtailed. SO the Long run and current marginal will be the same until 2040 ( NY goal for carbon free grid)
