@blockdagnetwork We can't sell because we can't claim all the coins or part of the coins to have at least 10M BDAG as a requested minimum on the website. I think you have to lower that to 1M BDAG

Ancora una volta mi ritrovo con un misto di imbarazzo e frustrazione per come l’Italia gestisce la materia fiscale quando tocca innovazione e libertà economica.

Dal 2026 le imposte sulle crypto saliranno al 33%, ormai è quasi certo visto che il testo finale della legge di bilancio recita così.

L'aumento vale solo per le crypto SPOT, mentre gli ETF sulle crypto rimangono tassati al 26 e i derivati (speculativi, compresi quelli in leva) pure.

Di fatto non è una tassa sulle crypto, è una tassa sull'autocustodia e sulla libertà.

Non è una tassa che porterà gettito, è un modo subdolo e spregevole di drogare e manipolare il mercato spingendo verso ETF e derivati e disincentivando l'autocustodia.

Capite quanto è assurdo? Sei fiscalmente più incentivato a usare futures, CFD a leva e prodotti speculativi che comprarti i tuoi BTC spot e custodirli nel wallet.

Altra assurdità: tasse come questa sono un palese incentivo all'evasione. Il piccolo investitore preferirà ancora di più non dichiarare e rischiare la multa rispetto alla certezza di vedersi UN TERZO del profitto selvaggiamente razziato.

Se vuoi davvero creare gettito crei una normativa fiscale SEMPLICE ed EQUA, così incentivi il contribuente. Quella crypto è l'esatto opposto.

E la cosa che fa infuriare ancora di più è aver visto rifiutato l'emendamento che la riportava al 26 per "mancanza di copertura". "Eh, se abbassi questa tassa devi recuperare gettito altrove, altrimenti crei un buco" in altre parole.

Vogliamo ricordare come è nata questa tassa? "Aumenteremo le tasse sulle crypto al 42% perché si stanno diffondendo", per poi dare il contentino di portarle al 33 e venirci a parlare di mancanza di copertura.

Da imprenditore che ha voluto investire in Italia, sono estremamente deluso da chi ci dovrebbe guidare verso un futuro migliore e ha perso un'altra occasione per farlo.
