@ShtipiKuratz@toiletpaperaus1 Sure here is one from today. But you weren’t really looking for example were you. Over 30 years they are not hard to find DYOR.
@larissawaters Not sure, why don’t you tell me. Is it going to be worse than this, cost of living in the last 5 years. Start with % increase in rent (44%-46%), then do % increase in electricity (35%-40%) then do % increase in groceries (20%-30%), let’s not forget mortgage payments (75% - 90%).
@immyonboard Get off your high horse Pauline has dealt with more of this than any other. Go and have a chat to some of the people abusing her, if you feel that strongly about it. Here is one for you to start with
@TcameronTodd@TheKennyDevine But this is ok? Hold yourself to the standards you are holding others too. We all know Pauline has been called a lot worse, I hope you spoke up then as well.
@4mambo You get confused like a lot of people, that because people are against MASS immigration (that puts strain on housing and services) they are against immigration, that is not the case.
12 of the last 20 have been Labor, and the 8 that were LNP were not great either, but let’s not pretend it was all the LNP. You’re a smart guy you can do the maths on cost of living in the last 5 years. Start with % increase in rent (44%-46%), then do % increase in electricity (35%-40%) then do % increase in groceries (20%-30%), let’s not forget mortgage payments (75% - 90%). And you really want to defend this. This is what people are upset about, this is why you are seeing a shift.
Are you assuming everyone thinks like you? Maybe people have just had enough of the lies and the waste of tax payer funds. As Gough famously said “It’s Time”. If everything is as great as you think then I assume things will get better under the ALP in the next two years and they will win the election. Let’s not underestimate the value of trust and how hard it is to earn, but easy to lose.
@MSMWatchdog2013@JacintaAllanMP@OneNationAus He sounds unsavory and if true should be dealt with appropriately. Doesn’t change my statement on how bad it has become in how meaningless some words have become due to incorrect allegations in both sides.
Was there a couple of years ago and was not a great experience, very sad to see the homelessness in the city. Is it that Pratt wasn’t the answer of that people are happy with the direction their city is taking? Understand it is a blue city so to speak so not surprised Pratt didn’t get through. Hopefully these people get real help and are not used as political pawns.
