🚨Patients with autoimmune disease: more irAE🔺(RR: 1.3, 95% CI 1.0 to 1.6)
🚨Rates of any irAEs (flares or de novo) was 61% (flares was 36%)
✅Flares were mild (grade <3) in half
✅Flares were common especially in psoriasis/psoriatic arthritis, inflammatory bowel disease and rheumatoid arthritis
🚨32% required hospitalization, corticosteroids in 72%
✅irAEs mortality rate 0.07%
✅No differences in cancer response to ICIs between w and wo autoimmune disease
