@emofiat500 For whatever it’s worth, there’s a version of the 1460 called “vintage”, which is made on the “old” pattern in the original factory in England and which will last just about forever.
@deedydas I’m glad I didn’t take this compiler class, I would have also gotten 0/100. No wonder people think compilers are scary, they shouldn’t be taught this way! It’s also flawed in many ways (and old) but I think this is more approachable https://t.co/FWECtSYs1o
FOUR college volleyball teams have now forfeited matches against San Jose State University after right wing media outed one player as allegedly trans - and Riley Gaines, who previously offered to bribe athletes to do this, is cheering them on 🧵
French military liaison officers are caught photographing a Soviet column in East Germany when a truck blocks their path, but they manage to get away. (1980s?)
@AZantifascist @GBBranstetter Assuming honest intent on your part, let me refer you to USA Fencing trans policy (as an example). Consume it, review it, and consider whether the question as framed (“‘biological’ male facing ‘biological’ female”) stands on its own.

@LauraMiers The real scandal here, I would submit, is the amount borrowed (is that you *had* to borrow such a large amount), coupled with the relatively high interest rate.
But once the loan is made, the way it works is very predictable…

@LauraMiers I am confused about *how* you are arguing about this. The way loans work is not mysterious. High interest long term loans (e.g 30 year fixed APR at 9%) cost many times the original balance in interest.
