When Haiti became independent in 1804, the United States placed an embargo on Haiti. In 1915, the United States invaded Haiti and began a military occupation which lasted until 1934. In 1957, the US kidnapped President Daniel Fignolé and cleared the way for decades of a Duvalier dictatorship which was supported by America. Contrary to Megyn Kelly thinks, the problem is not that Haitians lack work ethic. The problem is that America refuses to leave Haiti alone.
Haiti 🇭🇹 played such a good game against Morocco 🇲🇦 after the game the Atlas Lions fans gave the Haiti players a standing ovation 👏
That is the beauty of football ⚽️
@soka25east
Se despide Haití del Mundial, los números dirán que con 3 derrotas pero nos regalaron un partidazo contra Marruecos y contra Escocia que hubieran ganado si no les robaban.
DE PIE ANTE HAITÍ. 🇭🇹
🗣️ Roy Keane:
“Big clubs want players like Declan Rice, William Saliba, Gabriel Magalhães and Riccardo Calafiori, but none of them want to leave Arsenal.
What’s interesting is that while many top players today are pushing to leave their clubs in search of better contracts or European football, Arsenal’s core seems fully committed to the project.
If Arsenal keep this group together, I genuinely wouldn’t be surprised to see them dominate Europe for years.”
Do you see any team rivaling Arsenal over the next 4–5 seasons? 🤔
There’s nothing like the World Cup. 🇭🇹🏴❤️
A packed stadium for a Haiti vs. Scotland match and an atmosphere that gives you goosebumps.
By far the biggest sporting event on the planet. 🏆
🚨📢| José Mourinho on the Somali Referee Drama and the 2026 World Cup:
“It’s not about UEFA appointing the Somali referee for the Super Cup between PSG and Aston Villa,” Mourinho reportedly argued. “We need to blame FIFA for all this drama. Why take a precious tournament to a country that’s not traditionally known for football passion in the same way, and then have all these issues with people getting denied entry? This must be shaping up to be one of the most chaotic and boring World Cups ever.
not just about welcoming him back home as a hero or finding him another stage. Things have to be done properly next time-proper planning, better coordination with hosts on visas and security-or the World Cup will start losing its credibility. Football’s biggest event can’t keep getting dragged into these avoidable messes.”
Une grande victoire pour les Albanais !
Le gouvernement albanais annonce l'arrêt des travaux du projet de Kushner et Ivanka et la suspension du projet.
Les foules refusent de rentrer chez elles tant que le projet n'est pas annulé intégralement.
❤️🔴⚪️ | William Saliba on what makes Arsenal special
🗣️ “Arsenal is a club you can never hate. Once you’re here, everything feels different. The environment is different, the people are different, and nothing feels the same anymore.”
🗣️ “This place becomes your home. You fall in love with the club, the fans, the atmosphere—everything.”
🗣️ “Here becomes love. Here becomes everything.” ❤️
The French defender has become one of the faces of Arsenal’s resurgence, and his words perfectly capture the connection that has grown between the players, the club and the supporters over recent years.
🚨🗣️ | Pep Guardiola Shocked on Arsenal fans Reaction towards Gabriel Magalhaes after missing the Penalty: 🤯
“I have to say something because I saw this and, honestly, it blew my mind. It blew my mind. We know how this business works. Usually, in a Champions League final, a player misses a crucial penalty against a top, top team like PSG, and the next day... it is a disaster for him. The social media, the media, it can be very, very cruel. Very ugly. You expect the anger, the threats, the terrible words. We see it all the time.
But what the Arsenal fans did for Gabriel? Wow. It is something else. Truly. To see a player fail in the most painful moment, and the response from the stadium, from the people, is just... pure love? I am told his shirt sales went up by three hundred and fifty percent in a few days. Three hundred and fifty percent! This is incredible. I have been in football a long, long time, as a player and a manager, and I have never seen anything like it. Never.
You know, you open Facebook, you open Instagram or Twitter, and the narrative is always the same. 'Arsenal fans are insufferable. They are the worst fanbase, they are annoying.' You hear this tag all the time. But I look at this gesture and I think, 'How?' How do they have this tag? If a fanbase can wrap their arms around a player like that, in the darkest moment of the club's history a trophy they have been dying to win for decades then everything we are told online is a lie. It is a massive misconception. They have been judged so harshly.
This shows me who they really are. It shows their class, their humanity, and their loyalty. To behave like this? It is not annoying, it is not insufferable. It is beautiful. They deserve incredible praise for this, because this is what football should be about”
❤️🤍 Piero Hincapié:
🗣️ “Since arriving at Arsenal, I have experienced everything I dreamed of as a footballer.
I have made lifelong friends, felt genuine love from everyone around the club, and had the privilege of playing on the biggest stages in world football, including a Champions League final.
Winning the Premier League was a dream come true, and sharing those moments with my teammates and our incredible supporters made it even more special.
The love I have received from Arsenal fans is something I will never forget. From day one, they welcomed me as one of their own.
Arsenal is no longer just a club to me — it is my home.
I love this club, I love these fans, and if it were up to me, I would stay here forever.
Thank you for everything. ❤️🔴
