@gokul26H aur heavy weights do help with chest but not necessarily agar tum muscle tension build kar pa rhe ho on lighter weights with a deeper stretch than that will actually help you build more muscle its the tension that matters
@gokul26H bhai chest fat chest train krke nahi jayega overall calorie cutting se jayega , this will just help you build muscle, iske sath you have to be in a good deficit to see the fat go away. fat placement aur training ka koi relation nahi hai overall caloric deficit se slowly bf kam.
