And even with a phone and apps, if there is no decent signal, the apps don’t work. Had so many stressful trips to car parks, but not as stressful as this poor lady. Glad you could help

These expensive flowers are sent at important times in the lives of people with heartfelt messages & I thought you had rectified yourself by lovely gesture of resending them, but ruined as can only deliver when Im away so 🌺 will have died

Had to phone to find out who from.
Unable to resend message to me even by email!
After complaint they are sending again but can only send them when I’m on holiday
Flabbergasted! ☹️😢😡
